Sessions like this make me believe in miracles. The K family so graciously allowed us to share their story with you.
Little Miss D was diagnosed with Pulmonary Atresia with Intact Ventricular Septum at birth. Which basically means she was born without a right ventricle that allows for the blood to flow adequately to her lungs. D is one strong baby girl whom endured her first open heart surgery at only four days old, and was released at only six days post op. When her mom told us her miraculous story, we felt blessed to bear witness to such a beautiful child and their families strength is utterly amazing.
The K family wrote, “Right now a 1″ piece of Gore-Tex operating as a shunt is keeping her alive…that and our heavenly Father – who has definitely proven that miracles still happen on a daily basis.” A miracle indeed, what more can be said?
